SKILLS

Device fabrication: I have experience in
fabrication of organic solar cell, , perovskite solar cells, organic light
emitting diode. For the fabrication of these devices I was used photolithography,
clean room, glove box, sputtering, thermal evaporation, spin coating, etc.
Besides these, I also possess experience in the fabrication of Magneto-tunnel
junction and organic based spin valve.

Electrical Transport Measurement: I
have studied electrical transport in above devices as well as nanostructured
thin film by using a range of techniques, cryogenic system, I-V, C-V, Hall
effect, Magnetoresistance, impedance
spectroscopy, solar simulator, etc.

Photoinduced Charge/Spin Injection &
Transport Mechanism: I had studied the mechanism of exciton dissociation at
Organic/inorganic interface by using spectroscopic techniques such as:
Photoluminescence, time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy (TRFS). Similarly
for spin injection and transport in FM/Organic hetrojunction is carried out by
two photon photoemission spectroscopy. I am highly interested to work in this
area.

Characterization: For the
characterization of material and devices I have been extensively used
spectroscopic techniques (UV-Vis abs, PL, TRFS, Raman, FTIR, etc.),
Electrochemical analyzer, TGA, DSC, AFM, XRD, Electrical characterization
systems (I, V, T, R, σ, Solar cells efficiency), Magnetic measurement (PPMS,
Magneto-resistance at different temperature).

Synthesis: I have quite experience in
the synthesis of polymers (P3HT, PANI), QDs (CdS, CdTe, CdSe) and
polymer/QDs nanocomposites, in-situ as well ex-situ. Besides
these I also synthesized the functionalized-graphene and funct-graphene/QDs Nanocomposites.

Computer Skills: Extensive computer
skills including MS. Office, Matlab, MathCAD (for the fitting of electrical
transport), Genx, (for X-ray and Neutron reflectivity simulation), Z-view (for
equivalent circuit for solar cells), Origin etc. I also have experience on
python for simulating X-ray reflectivity of multilayers.
